We recommend the use of rug grip to reduce movement and keep your rug in place to avoid slips or trips.
To get your rug looking its best after unpacking, reverse-roll the rug and then lay it flat at room temperature for 24 hours. Then, gently brush or vacuum using a floor-tool attachment. The creases should disappear.
We recommend using a floor-tool attachment to avoid damaging the pile. You can also gently brush or shake to maintain appearance. Rotate your rug regularly to help prevent it becoming worn in one area.
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry, white cloth. To spot clean, test carpet shampoo on an inconspicuous area first, before surface shampooing. Ensure the rug does not get too wet. Your rug will have a care label on the reverse, please retain this for future info. For more stubborn stains we advise to contact a professional cleaning company.
Our rugs are not suitable for use near open fires, keep away from sources of ignition. Please lay on a dry floor only.
