Can I recycle any rug?

We’re happy to accept any rugs previously purchased from this site.

What if my rug is damaged?

That’s totally fine, we can still give it a new lease of life.

Does the rug have to be bagged?

Yes please, using the packaging and returns label we send to you. This is really important, as our courier will not be able to accept rugs that have not been packed. We are able to recycle the packaging too!

What happens to my rug?

Your rug is returned to our production facility in Yorkshire, where we prepare ready to send to our recycling partners.
